*Please note: I am not a certified nutritionist and believe that giving out personalized diet plans is a job for a certified nutritionist. I can give you great referrals for that, and also will be there to coach you through the feelings that come up getting back to healthy eating. I will find ways for you to eat healthy, be satisfied and still have some fun!
